Editorial Shift

[Quick Link: “Sopef Log Female Filter”]

Oftentimes, a living project of creativity hits upon new milestones or epochs in its evolution.  Certainly, Sopef has seen a number of such points, both announced and unannounced; and for the past several months, a nascent editorial shift has occurred.  This change has moved in quietly and by default, yet it must be obvious to the astute reader.

Since Sopef was originated as the “Social Order for the Physical Enjoyment of Females” — an appellation it retains in large part to this day — we focused almost exclusively on females as the objects of our lust.  I, in fact, did oft in private refer to Sopef as my “well of female energy”.  Most literary essays either followed a female protagonist in the third person or were examples of our innovational “ambisexual narrative”, carefully immersing the first person in a group of female actors without prejudicing the sexual gender of the narrator in either direction.  This ensured — a few exceptions notwithstanding — that the writings published herein were quite suitable for those who wished to indulge a few moments in a pool of unalloyed femininity.

Of course, the beauty of sex is not nearly confined to the wonders of the female form.  An attempt was made to explore other possibilities (and other editorial attitudes) on other publications; but in addition to the practical considerations involved, it was decided that unreasonably fracturing sexuality across multiple fora was inimical to our ultimate mission.  When Sopef expanded its focus subtly beyond the realm of sex, expansion within that glorious realm was only to become destiny met.

Now, since the beginning of this year, the shift has accelerated.  Complimentary masculine annointings have been brought to mark the heat of our female lust-objects; the male and the female have joined together in union for procreant thrills; masculinity itself has been adored in the most scandalous of primal explorations; and orgiastic enthrallments have brought us to drink from the cup of bisexuality.  Although both “sapphic” and ambisexual-narrative pieces remain a core pillar of our editorial weavings, it has become quite clear that the “well of female energy” has another drilled right beside it.

In order to keep our editorial balance and coherency, therefore, we hereby undertake two minor changes.  Firstly, we must needs now to make the change in editorial policy official:  Henceforth, Sopef may be expected to journey through a far different variety of sexual endeavors.  Yet also, we wish to offer our more cock-shy readers an easy means to dally in the garden of unalloyed femininity.

Toward that end, dear readers, may I now offer you the “Sopef Log Female Filter”.  This is a filtered Log frontpage suitable for lesbians, Aristasians, acolytes taking a female-only meditative course, or males who are squicked by the presence of cocks and cum.  The Filter may include matters of science, art, and society; but that notwithstanding, it shall exclude any but the slightest male presence.  In the near future, as I work over the kinks in my editorial taxonomy, I also hope to present suitable categorization on the RSS feed and the Archival listings.

With such facts now recorded, we now return to our never-ending orgy:  Of art, science, and worship; of cock in cunt, the balance met; of sapphic exclusions, tribadistic embrace in the convivial dance of sensual sisterhood; and always, of the beauty of sex. ###
