Today’s Announcement:
BE IT KNOWN that this Twenty-Ninth Day of February in the Year 2005, Jonathan Quince does so duly declare that for all current and future Years, the Month of February shall be celebrated internationally as Sexual Literature Month.
AND FURTHERMORE, let the Record reflect that as this Year, the Month has been announced at its end, that February of 2005 shall be known in history as the Zeroth Annual Sexual Literature Month.
