In the midst of his delusions of Knuthliness, Mr. Quince no longer favors e-mail as a method of personal communcation. Really, in his view, nothing quite compares to the crisp, sensual feel of paper going into (and coming out of) an envelope. Therefore, in order to contact him, you must send a letter using snail-mail.
